Pytest Setup

Hi guy, would someone be kind enough a guide me on the pytest set up process ?
From what I understand I am supposed to:

1. install the latest version of Python Microsoft, which i did!
2. Click on the Configure Python Tests... which I am trying to document but for some reason I am unable to click on the icon.

Would someone have had the issue, or know how to resolve it?
