Description of Change/Update:
Benefits that are included in some packages and may be selected to add to other packages should be labeled "Potential add-on" vs. "Potential a la carte"
When editing a benefit on https://www.python.org/admin/sponsors/sponsorshipbenefit/ , the description text under "Sponsor Package Only Benefit" should read "If a benefit is only available via a sponsorship package and not as an add-on, select this option."

Reason for Change/Update:
To make the option clearer to sponsors
To make the meaning of "Sponsor Package Only Benefit" clearer to the team when editing benefits
