We have a great wiki in pytorch/pytorch that likely answers many questions users have about how to contribute and address issues including how to use pytorchbot and so on. I propose to include a link to it to the message that pytorchbot posts in PRs.

I'm going to close this as not planned, the oh link is fixed (idk since when), the bot commands link is already there, the pytorch wiki can be gotten to from the pytorchbot commands wiki page and also the wiki tab on the github repo page, and there have been previous concerns about putting too much in dr. ci leading to people not reading it
