Unable to rebind keys

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Maciform->Preferences->Controller 
2. double click to rebind key
3. nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to rebind the control, but nothing is happening

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.16 on OSX 10.7

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm using a Street Fighter IV MadCatz 360 Pad using the 360Controller.kext 
extension.
