Choropleth variable auto-scaling

Current State

For each relevant topic, some fields are provided, and one particular field is chosen to display on the choropleth map. A range to display colors (of length 5) is used to color the map, which is burdensome to discover and change when a different variable is desired to be displayed.

TODO

• Write some JS in static/map.js to fetch the variable, grab the array of data from the dataset, and automatically create a scale based on 20/40/60/80 percentile divisions
