Migrate from Bootstrap Vue to Vuetify?

We are considering migrating from Bootstrap Vue (Next) to Vuetify. Reasons:

1. A recent UX analysis lead to multiple issues with Bootstrap defaults
2. The state of Bootstrap Vue Next seems somewhat unstable and the future is unclear
3. Vuetify seems to better follow UX best practices
4. Potential migration to MDI Icons, which fit well with Vuetify's design
5. Contributors like know Vuetify rather than Bootstrap Vue Next (including AI tools)
6. The STAC Browser team now also has Vuetify experience

Drawback:
Could be quite some effort to get the back to where it was, we fine-tuned several components etc.
