Taint and toleration

User should be able to define taint and toleration for the servers pod of the virtual cluster.
This should ensure that the virtual cluster remains operational even during a host node failure.

Additionally it should be possible to target host nodes with specific taints and allow workloads in shared mode to be scheduled on those node.
