I am trying to connect a Debug Probe to my PICO using the supplied cable with three separate female connectors with orange, black and yellow cables.

There is no diagram showing where to put the wires. I have worked out that the black goes in the middle, but which way round do the yellow and orange go?

I should not need to reverse engineer this!
