Trying to run the blink example
https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-examples/tree/master/blink

errors with

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:13 (pico_add_extra_outputs): Unknown CMake command "pico_add_extra_outputs".

I don't want to use vs-code for now.

Some details,

PICO_SDK_PATH is correctly set and i'm using cmake version 3.31.3
