[Request] Add support for react-native-windows

Embedding VLC in react-native-windows would be amazing.

I understand that this may too difficult, but can't hurt to ask.

I am a bit packed at the moment, yeh but we should certainly give a try. We do have the player window in here, maybe we can leverage on that and get it working. I will make you a contributor if you are happy to put some hours on to this. I will lend you a hand whenever I get a minute
