https://rcpch-nhs-organisations.azurewebsites.net/swagger-ui works but https://api.rcpch.ac.uk/nhs-organisations/v1/swagger-ui/ does not, although this does accept GET requests.

I think Azure APIM requires an Open API spec for each endpoint so we'll probably need to host the swagger somewhere else?
