The forest plot itself was overlapping with the estimate column, blocking out the first couple digits of the estimate.
Also, for smaller plots (mine has 6 lines of data) the column headers are cut off by the top of the page.
Also, I agree with a previous reporters: it would be nice if the column headers could be two rows to accommodate longer column titles, and if there was a way to make the table subgroup headers bold or underlined.
It would also be nice, to have just a comma instead of the “to” in the CIs and to have the numeric columns be right justified.

With recent updates, it seems that the forest plot overlaps with the left_hand_side data some. I've added an empty column to my data which seems to fix this temporarily.
