`CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md` 문서 한글 번역 및 `2.1` 버전으로 버전 업그레이드.

추가로, `README.md`에 관련 내용 추가하고, `.prettierignore`에 모든 마크다운 파일이 포맷팅 되지 않도록 설정.
