With the introduction of additional values for a11y conformance to cover EPUB Accessibility 1.1, we want to introduce a new helper in the ts-toolkit that returns a human-readable string based on a list of supported URIs.

The list of strings and URIs are all documented in: https://readium.org/webpub-manifest/contexts/default/#conformance
