Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
0. You should have a certificate that used by one of your subdomains

  1. Go to https://admin.resolve.sh/certificates
  2. Try to remove the certificate
  3. Nothing happens

Additional context
The same behavior for CLI. The remove certificate command executes successfully, but the list command still shows the certificate.
I was able to remove certificate after I removed subdomains that used it
