Inconsistency between console and UI admin cloud

If we have an application which is possible to build and deploy. But this application can fail on start, for example, because of ENV variables.

We will receive in the console:
✔ success "app" available at https://lambdaID.resolve.sh

But in the admin UI we will see:
Error occurred while deploying (lambdaID)

But the app is deployed. Yes, it failed to start. But I can fix it and set correct ENV or something else not related to the app code. After fixing the app will be available,
but in the admin UI it will be unavailable.
