[Docs]: Docs say meta tags are aggregated, but they are replaced.

Describe what's incorrect/missing in the documentation

According to the docs "All routes' meta will be aggregated", but what I observe is that the last meta is used (as described in the remix docs).

I feel this is more like a bug, it's become harder for child routes to re-use meta from parents that are still applicable, creating a shared meta function would solve the issue but a built-in functionality should be nicer
