Upgrade Moodle 3.11.01 to 3.11.12 not working #65

I upgraded my moodle from 3.11.01 to 3.11.12 and the GradeMe block stopped working.

It showing items to be graded, but when you clock on there is hows there is nothing to be graded.

Error only occured after the upgrade.
