[RFE] Allow to specifiy retention Size

I want to configure prometheus retention size with monitoring.rhobs_monitoringstacks CRD but there is no possibility to do it, can you add it ?

It should be possible to use server-side apply to customize the retentionSize field of the Prometheus spec but for consistency, it would be best to support this use case directly in the MonitoringStack CRD.
