Use existing CNAME records

We have a scenario where certain zone's CNAME already exists. How to make it support existing CNAME also?

For example we have certificate for foo.dev ( has CNAME for foo.dev and *.foo.dev)
Now we are trying to create a new certificate called bar.com but passing foo.dev as subjective alternative domains names , so foo.dev does not need new CNAME but must use existing ones,

Can you pls point me on how to make it work.
