scripts build process for base and w2.txt

With all scripts in unarchived format in scripts\

Create scripts.zip archive of scripts\
Delete all unarchived script files 
Move scripts.zip to scripts\

Create scripts_%version%_w2.zip archive of scripts\

Open scripts\scripts.zip and remove 2CraftingWeather2.zs

Create scripts_%version_base.zip archive of scripts\
