It looks like Switches/Togglers are no longer in Bootstrap documentation. As of this writing, it is at version 4, Ruby at 2.7.X and Rails at 6.0.X

I followed the instructions and also the suggestion to put the code in a turbolinks event listener. But, still to no avail. Is it not working because the current version of Boostrap doesn't support switches/togglers?

I don't know what is the problem precisely. I am using ruby 3.1.2 and rails 7.0.3.1. I followed the instructions installed the gem and imported it into application.js but it didn't work.
