When File Explorer is open and I press the shortcut key Ctrl + T to open a new tab, both File Explorer and Lively Wallpaper freeze simultaneously.
After a short period, the desktop background (managed by Lively Wallpaper) automatically recovers, but File Explorer closed and needs to be manually restarted.

Steps to reproduce

This issue is reproducible every time by simply pressing Ctrl + T while File Explorer is active.
