BUG - Regions should be colorized only when seen

Hi, I found a basic bug, that I don't like about this extension.
Let's say I have a method, in which I have a region. Once I collapse the whole method, it's body get's colorized, just because it has a region inside it.. But it shouldn't !!! And then when I collapse whole class, there is some very strange colorization....

Colorize only regions, when you see them. once they can't be seen, because they are collapsed in outer block, you should not show any colorization...

But I like your extension, it's a nice one, thanks for this work :)
