Consider packaging and distribution on conda-forge

This is a complimentary issue to conda-forge/staged-recipes#29749

👋 It would be very nice to have tinkr on conda-forge as this would then mean that all of requirements of The Carpentries Workbench tools (sandpaper, varnish, and pegboard) would be distributed on conda-forge and would simplify multi-platform setup considerably.

To add tinkr to conda-forge it would basically be just:

• Forking https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes
• Making a new branch
• Installing Pixi
• Running

pixi run cran tinkr

• Submitting the results in a PR

Happy to help answer questions if you have any. The above should work, but the reason I haven't done it myself is I don't want to be the feedstock maintainer. I'd be happy to help get you started though if you'd be interested.

• Would you be open to being a maintainer on the feedstock?
• Would you be open to a PR that adds instructions for installation from conda-forge to the README and docs?
