[Feature request] New skin in the skin list

Proposal

New skin in the skin list.

Motivation and context

Hello,
I released the latest version of my skin last week and I don't think I'll change/add much.

Since this skin brings a lot of changes, adding it to the default skins list would be a real plus for users.

I don't think administrators looks at the roundcube forum or use packagist. So adding it by default would allow users to have a modern interface available.

We don't add classic and larry skins to the release, so we'll not add any other skin either.
