Ammend dnf5(8) manual regarding loading plugins and distinguish between library and appliacatino plugins.

I also wanted to document a default value for DNF5_PLUGINS_DIR, but the value depends on how the build is configured (/usr/lib64/…, or /usr/lib/…, or /usr/local/…). However, I found that current documentation does not undergo a variable substitution. So I left it out.
