I have used the rsatoolbox to conduct the standard RSA searchlight and it went well. To rule out a potential confounding variable, I now need to do a partial spearman correlation but have trouble finding the appropriate code for it.
I wonder if the correct function is rsatoolbox.rdm.compare_rho_a? In that case, how to set the covariate theoretical RDM?

hi everyone,
I have used the rsatoolbox to conduct the standard RSA searchlight and it went well. To rule out a potential confounding variable, I now need to do a partial spearman correlation but have trouble finding the appropriate code for it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
