Hello,

When I run the command netsh add helper netshBad.DLL, I get an error message:
The following helper DLL cannot be loaded: NETSHBAD.DLL

The only thing that I can think of that is different is that I'm compiling with MinGW rather than Microsoft Visual Studio. I wouldn't think this would make a difference though.
