Use CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBEXECDIR instead of CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX/lib #30

Executable helpers should go into libexecdir, which is distribution dependent. RH/Fedora use /usr/libexec, while others use /usr/lib/

I have implemented it on the dev branch. Please test on Fedora if you have the ability. Actually, it does not seem like Debian likes it, because the files ends up in /usr/libexec, where they should not be. I therefore have to override in the cmake invokation in the package build scripts after having done this change.
