save an image to a tar archive.
pouch save [OPTIONS] IMAGE
$ pouch save -o busybox.tar busybox:latest
$ pouch load -i busybox.tar foo
$ pouch images

-h, --help help for save
-o, --output string Save to a tar archive file, instead of STDOUT
