Numbers got hidden (or don't show) in triangle shape after first question

after moving to the second question i don't see any number in the shape to be able to answer the question properly

I suspect it has something to do with the rewind logic, as each exercise is just replaying the movie.

@kjarosh i don't know if i understand well the rewind is reuse of the same question many time? i think yes ,
INFO: in the first 5 questions ,the shape changes and some angles are given and some not and after question 5 no shape shown but its description :

i have other exercise having same issue, if you need them ?

It's a thought I had about the potential cause of this bug. The SWF works in a particular way where the movie is being rewinded for each question and looks like some objects don't survive the rewind, but they should (like the text).
