Got the error when using the Azure / Storage / Copy step
1=PluginFailed: The account being accessed does not support http.
The issue #14 recommends using framework.plugin.ExecutionFileStorage.azure-storage.defaultEndpointProtocol=https. But it seems that the connection string for this step uses this piece of code, which is not affected by the config.
