Spinner.spinner does not work with bootstrap 4.0.0 #183
Description
Spinner works with bootstrap 4.5.0, I've tried it and it works. Meanwhile the getting started section uses bootstrap 4.0.0, which makes spinners not work.
I think the solution would be:
- upgrade the "getting started" doc to use the 4.5.0 version
- remove the Spinner.spinner from doc
