Profile kontrol install time from scratch and optimize download size even more #33
Description
The download and install time of kontrol has previously (earlier this year 2025) been reduced significantly with different PRs in different repositories, from haskell-backend to kontrol. This was confirmed by measuring install time from scratch in a fresh container or virtual machine.
This effort should be continued to find potential bottlenecks that might further reduce the required download size for kontrol, thereby reducing initial install time.
