Integrate uv2nix and pyproject-build-tools in rv-nix-tools and adopt in all RV nix repositories #35
Description
Currently, uv2nix and pyproject-build-tools are updated in every repository individually with update PRs.
This can be optimized in the future, after the nixpkgs update ideally, to be updated implicitly when rv-nix-tools is updated by adding these as inputs to rv-nix-tools.
