Add tests for all the functionalities

Do it for only one functionality per PR and so that it can be easier to review. Comment the functionality you are working on to avoid duplicate efforts.

• deb package build
• imports in sudo python
• getFaces
• compare
• facerec new
• facerec enable
• facerec disable
• facerec remove
• facerec --version
• facerec --help

Comment below if you find anything outside of this list that should be tested. I'll add that.
