rustdoc: micro scroll bars on "all" page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://doc.rust-lang.org/1.60.0/std/all.html on Google Chrome Version 101.0.4951.54 (Official Build) (64-bit), Ubuntu 21.04
2. Observe grey boxes to the right of each item (these are tiny scrollbars).

This reproduces on beta and nightly as well.

• W10 Edge 101.0.1210.39
• W10 Chrome 101.0.4951.64
• W10 Firefox 91.7 & 91.9
• Ubuntu22 Chromium 101.0.4951.54
• Ubuntu22 Chrome 101.0.4951.64
• Ubuntu22 Firefox 99.0.1

Thanks for the repro attempt! And sorry I forgot to include a link to the example page. Good sleuthing. :-)

Your comment made me recall I still have an old version of fira-sans.ttf locally installed from debugging rust-lang/docs.rs#1669 (comment). So this should be quite low priority, since it doesn't reproduce in a typical install. But still it's a bit odd that these elements have an overflow: property that causes them to get a scrollbar, and it would be nice to fix.
