Ensure clean working tree before making changes

Might be a good feature to require a clean working tree before making changes and if no git or not clean require a force option to be enabled

Allow user to have a cargo_leet.toml file that will support a setting to disable this as some ppl don't care to use git

I don't personally need this and this could hamper people who don't use git. Just got the idea from rust fixes but not sure if this adds value will leave open for now people to indicate interest.
