Contribution Guide

We need to provide instructions in the readme to help new contributors get up to speed.
It should be easy it's just how to setup a test project
and use path to point the commands at that folder
and how to cleanup before the next test

And provide aliases for this as well.
Maybe also look into the github code spaces.

Also needs to include the folder in the given in the instructions in the .gitignore.

cargo new --lib test_proj
cargo g --path test_proj

Add note about using rustfmt to help with wrapping doc strings. See rustfmt.toml
