Feature Description 📝

This repository currently lacks a contributing.md file, which normally guides new contributors on how to get started with contributions in this repository.

Motivation 🌟

Having a properly maintained contributing.md would help the new comers on getting comfortable with the repository guidelines and rules before submitting a PR.

Expected Behavior 🤔

A new contributing.md file would be created.
