New audio feature extractor idea: Stereo pan

Hmmmmmmm good idea. There is already audio channel separation in the node suite, so what we actually need is to add a channel fader as a target. Also, there is already audio combine that I should make feature reactive as well. Maybe some other stuff. Let me know your thoughts

I will leave this issue open so I remember to think about this more when I have the time!
