The v1 tag does not reference the latest 1.x.x version. The tag should be updated after each minor/bugfix release.

Maybe the maintainer treats "v0" and "v1" as "v0.0" and "v1.0" respectively, so has not followed the official recommendation: Using tags for release management § About custom actions - GitHub Docs

Hi, yes you are a right. Sorry about that. I created this action a while back, when I was not as expierenced.
Do you think we should leave it like that now, or try to fix the tag?

Yes, I would reset the v1 tag as this is the convention and the action no longer works with the current v1 tag.

+1, and I think we can add "v0.0" and "v1.0" tags to replace the existing two tags.
