Add Safe versions|releases link to app Settings view

What is the feature about

Hi Safe Labs, Previously I've used the Safe Global version releases GitHub link https://github.com/safe-global/safe-smart-account/releases that I bookmarked to verify smart contract upgrades as a security check.

The releases link changed to the Safe Ecosystem Foundation https://github.com/safe-fndn/safe-smart-account/releases and there is no reference to the new link in the Safe app or Safe documentation.

Fortunately Rahul and Richard from the Safe foundation have previously shared links to the new GitHub link on X that can be used as a source of validation.

The list of requirements

Add a link to the Safe releases|versions in the Safe app "Settings" view. The link can be applied to the existing text "Latest version" or new text can be added such as "View releases" or "View versions".

Alternatives

A link to Safe releases or Safe versions can be added to the documentation in addition or as an alternative. Having the link directly in the Safe app is ideal because it makes it more accessible and noticeable for those that want to verify the contract version.
