src/conway_polynomials/CPimport.txt: pull latest upstream changes

There is a new version of the database available thanks to Sebastian
Spindler's work on SageMath issue 35357. Relative to the old copy, it
adds the Conway polynomials for p in [65537,109987] and n=1,2,3.
