x11 close&halt has no confirmation or is broken #7707

x11: menu file → "close and halt..." has 3 dots, indicating there is some sort of confirmation.

reality: it closes the editor.

I also think it doesn't really halt (get rid of all processes) either.

So, maybe this is wired to be just the "close" menu entry?
