Descriptive summary

In latest Dassie (Ruby 3.3, Rails 7.2), downloading recent filesets gives Hyrax::ObjectNotFoundError in Hyrax::DownloadsController#show

Steps to reproduce the behavior in User Interface (UI)

In Dassie (https://dev.nurax.samvera.org/), view a work created recently with an attached fileset: https://dev.nurax.samvera.org/concern/parent/9p290955k/file_sets/dj52w493m

Attempt to download this file: https://dev.nurax.samvera.org/downloads/dj52w493m?locale=en

Error:

Some older works have downloadable files: https://dev.nurax.samvera.org/concern/parent/7p88cg744/file_sets/6395w728n

Acceptance Criteria/Expected Behavior

Recent files can be downloaded

After @dlpierce made updates on 2/6/25, this now works!
