To pilot and validate design decisions, we need to develop libraries. I see interest for Android, iOS and web. How can we get this started?

Discussed 2024-06-03. Too early as the spec is still in flux and we do not know what we can reuse. When building a production library, it is important to consider maintenance and support as well. @ve7jtb checks with Daniel from @openwallet-foundation if there could be interest.
