HDK validation in Pilots #21
Comments
Discussed 2024-06-03. John asks wwWallet team if there is interest in higher education-related attestations at DC4EU. Since the browser may be the most difficult deployment target, this could be good validation of the ease of implementation, also for native mobile apps. When Kristina and Paul join, we discuss if this could be prototyped in the SPRIND Funke “EUDI Wallet Prototype”. Sarah asks if there is interest at iGrant.io. Sander indicates Vidua has interest later this year. |
Discussed 2024-06-10. The Funke has predefined agreements about what SPRIND can require, so SPRIND may only suggest HDK to participants. The wwWallet in the non-funded track focuses on current challenges posed there, but in the DC4EU context of research and education may be interested in piloting HDK. Also discussed 2024-06-10 with Potential WP2. We might pitch this to the member states at an AB meeting in July. |
I will present HDK at the Potential WP2 Architecture Board on July 17, with member state representatives and technical experts. Hopefully this will lead to more implementation interest in the Pilots. |
2024-07-15 wwWallet: still on roadmap, find easiest path with least dependencies. Potential: pitching at AB and inviting to contact us if there is implementation interest. |
Pitched at Potential AB 2024-07-17; no follow up yet. |
Pitched at DE EUDIW project 2024-08-13 for information; discuss pitching at Funke event 2024-09-03; taking into WE Identity Consortium. |
Are any Large Scale Pilot participants interested in implementing HDK as part of the current round of Pilots?
