Footnotes are cut out at 47 at the end of section 1.2

In the web version, there are actually 48 footnotes in section 1.2, but in the epub version footnote 47 is cut in half and footnote 48 is missing, with the next page being start of section 1.3

Which epub reader are you using? Could be that the reader is confused by the epub3 standard and behaving badly. When I check sicp.epub with the latest Readium (2.27.0) in Google Chrome, the footnotes 47 and 48 are displaying fine.

I also tested the file with an older version of Gitden Reader (4.4.9a) on Android tablet. The footnotes are displaying, but jumping forth and back is troublesome - I get blank pages as if the jump misses the target.

@sarabander I'm using iBooks. I guess the problem is with iBooks then. Thanks for clarification.

I confirm that I got same footnote cut at the end of section 1.1 (26 27 28 are cut off).
It is caused by iBooks on MacOS, using other reader (Readium 2.30.0 on Chrome) works well.
